Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking an experienced Automotive General Manager to lead our dealership’s sales, operations, and customer service. The role requires hands-on deal making, team leadership, and a track record of maximizing CSI and revenue across both new and used vehicles.

You will recruit, train, and supervise a high-performance sales team, while ensuring exemplary customer and owner satisfaction and accurate forecasting of sales and gross profit. This is a full-time on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-performance automotive sales team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and CSI.
• Long-term stability in employment.
• Hands-on involvement in deal making, not just admin.
