Job summary

Honda of North Hollywood is seeking a General Sales Manager to drive the dealership's sales department, lead the team, and ensure adherence to Honda processes. You will be responsible for achieving targets, coaching staff, and maintaining high CSI scores.

The role emphasizes training on product knowledge, CRM, and closing techniques, with a focus on efficient vehicle appraisal, inventory planning, and customer issue resolution. Competitive salary with commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales Management and Finance experience, Honda experience required.
• Proven history of building and training a team, strong CSI scores.
• Ability to train sales team on product knowledge, CRM usage, follow up process, and proper closing techniques.
• Knowledgeable in appraising and booking vehicles.
• Strong background leveraging technology and Honda of North Hollywood processes.
• Used vehicle management experience preferred.
• Expertise in supervising the everyday efforts of the sales team.
• Ability to plan and manage vehicle inventory ensuring high volume and profitability.
• Ability to address and resolve customer concerns.

What You Need To Bring To The Table

• Minimum 3 years of Sales Management and Finance experience and Honda Experience.
• Possess successful history of building and training a team, strong CSI scores and above average performance.
• Ability to train sales team on product knowledge, CRM usage, follow up process, and proper closing techniques
• Knowledgeable in appraising and booking vehicles
• Strong background in leveraging technology and driving Honda of North Hollywood processes
• Experience in Used Vehicle management preferred
• Expertise in supervising the everyday efforts of the sales team
• Ability to plan and manage vehicle inventory ensuring high volume and profitability
• Ability to address and resolve customer concerns

Salary and commission:

$200,000 - $300,000/annually

• Pay is based on applicable experience and skills. This job is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
