Job summary

Honda of North Hollywood is seeking a Service Advisor with exceptional customer service skills to greet guests in the Service drive and discuss vehicle needs. You will prepare detailed repair orders, then follow up on progress, communicate changes to guests, and provide quotes and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive.
• Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle.
• Offer solutions and added services to guests.
• Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions.
• Provide timely follow‑up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes.
• Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score.
• Process monetary transactions.
• Assist all customers in selecting suggested service in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Utilize walk‑around process to increase customer awareness of vehicle condition and build rapport.
• Generate service order estimates/quotes for customers.
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule.
• Conduct post‑repair follow up.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain value, quality, and integrity.
• Continue to maintain our dealership's value, quality, and integrity.
• Analyze information and evaluate alternatives in an effort to resolve issues and make sound, timely decisions.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive

• Provide timely follow‑up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
• Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
• Process monetary transactions
• Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting suggested service in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Utilize walk‑around process to increase customer awareness of vehicle condition and build rapport
• Generate service order estimates/quotes for customers
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule

Qualifications
