Minnesota State University, Mankato is seeking a General Repair Worker for the 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM shift to perform semi-skilled maintenance across campus. You will assist with plumbing, electrical and mechanical tasks, respond to emergencies, and help keep facilities safe and functional.
The role requires the ability to work with licensed trades, follow safety protocols and lift and move equipment as needed. On-campus work and weather/emergency considerations are included.

This position exists to perform semi-skilled and maintenance work on buildings and internal systems throughout the campus, such as but not limited to plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and machinery. This position must respond to unpredictable and emergency situations as they occur on the 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. shift and when on call or when called in on an emergency basis. This position is also responsible for maintaining fire extinguishers in residential and dining facilities.
This position has been designated as weather and emergency essential. In the event of a short-term University closure or emergency event, incumbent is required to report to work and respond as requested.
