General Project Estimator (Landscape/Irrigation/Earthworks)

About this position

We are seeking an Experienced Estimator/Project Estimator.

Pay based on experience and will be discussed at interview.

Qualified candidates will meet the following criteria:

An extensive knowledge in all areas of landscaping, including, but not limited to:

• Design
• Proficient on computer - Word & Excel
• Hardscapes
• Irrigation
• Estimating - Must be able to design and oversee construction
• Have good communication skill
• Abide by drug policy
• Abide by our safety policy
• Timely arrival and departure from work
• Have Valid Driver License
• Have reliable personal transportation
• Basic equipment maintenance and upkeep knowledge
• Arrive dressed in proper work attire, including steel toes boots

Requirements
Experience in the following areas is preferred, but will train the right candidate.

• Field Experience a plus
• Estimating: 2 years perferred
• Management: 2 years perferred
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration with team members and clients.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
