• Perform production, assembly, packaging, and inspection tasks
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Document production information and lot numbers accurately
• Follow written work instructions and operating procedures
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and RF scanners
• Package and label finished products
• Support material handling and inventory movement
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Communicate quality, safety, or equipment concerns to leadership
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards
• Work one scheduled weekend day per week based on department assignment

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | $20.00/hour

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | $22.00/hour

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM | $22.00/hour

• Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, packaging, or general labor experience is helpful but not required

This position is located in a clean, well-lit, climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Greenfield. Employees work in a structured, team-oriented environment producing automotive components using automated equipment, hand tools, and modern production technology. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenfield, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.05 - $22.05/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
