Minimum Job Requirements

• Physical- Capable of lifting 40 lbs. safely or with assistance. Capability of standing and bending over for long periods of time while performing manual labor with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Working Hours- Fulltime Employment (40+hrs/week)
• Personal Traits- Good communication skills with positive teamwork attitude. Conscientious attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow direction and or work independently, able to multi-task and trouble shoot.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Timely completion of job functions as trained.
• Follow work instructions and understand department procedures as specified by the supervisor.
• Assemble or process parts as instructed within expected parameters.
• Operate and maintain equipment as trained.
• Responsible for material handling and organization of parts for the department.
• Perform final inspection and packaging of assigned product in conformance with specifications and meet daily required production assignments.
• Possess an understanding of customers aesthetic requirements and apply these requirements in the inspection process.
• Audit of materials and/or production parts before delivery to next operation area.
• Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction by working with department supervisor and department lead.
• Work safely and ensure hazardous conditions are eliminated. Follow company safety procedures.
• Communicate accurately and effectively to other individuals in the department as well as other departments.
• Complete task independently from job-list, with some supervision.
• Follow and Quality Management System procedures including, instructions on job travelers and control plan per procedures.
• Accurately maintain MES system as instructed.
• Log nonconforming and scrap material in VISTA as instructed.
• Maintain neat and clean work area.
• Assist in monthly inventory process.
• Arrive to work in a punctual manner and be willing to work overtime when needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Possess basic math and reading skills.
• Possess ability to read and use tape measure and caliper if trained.
• Ability to visually inspect parts.

Education and Experience

• Manufacturing shop experience preferred.
