Job summary

Aerotek is hiring multiple machine operators and general production workers for a growing manufacturing company in Foley, MN. Roles are full-time and long-term, with benefits after a probation period, and daytime and evening shifts available.

Operators will run production machines, perform basic troubleshooting, and rotate through assembly, finishing, packaging, and other duties. The work is physically demanding and can be hot, with lifting up to 50 pounds; training is provided and upward

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a hot environment.
• Able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work on multiple shifts and learn different tasks.

Job description

Growing manufacturing company looking to hire multiple machine operators / general production workers to join our team!

All openings are full-time, long-term roles with full benefits available after probation period. We currently have multiple openings on 1st (M-F), 2nd (M-F), and 3rd (SU-TH) Shifts.

Candidates will be working in a manufacturing setting operating different production machines to make customer specific parts. Will be operating and doing basic troubleshooting on equipment. Candidates will also be performing a variety of different roles including (but not limited to), assembly, general production, parts finishing, packaging, and any other duties as needed. Work environment can be very hot at times, so candidates must be comfortable working in a hotter atmosphere. Candidates will be rotated to work on different machines / products / different areas within the manufacturing facility. Candidates must be comfortable standing for an entire shift, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Candidates must also be comfortable doing a variety of different duties throughout the day.

1st shift pays $21/hour

2nd shift pays $24/hour

3rd shift pays $24/hour

No previous manufacturing experience is necessary, candidates just need to be comfortable working in a hot, physically intense environment! We will train candidates who have a positive attitude and have previous consistent work history!

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Foley, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
