Responsibilities:

1. Work with experienced technicians to ensure food trucks are completed accurately.
2. Ensure adherence to all quality and safety codes and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
3. Perform general tasks such as cleaning and organizing work areas and tools.
4. Participate actively in training sessions and seek guidance from experienced professionals to develop skills and knowledge.
5. Attend team meetings and communicate effectively to coordinate and complete projects.
6. Collaborate with team members, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to contribute.
7. Maintain professionalism, integrity, and punctuality.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Ability to correctly read and understand measurements on a measuring tape.
