Qualifications

• 3+ years of defense General Liability and Product Liability experience.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• Experience with motion practice and depositions.
• Experience leading in plaintiff and expert depositions.
• Capable of independent work and strong time management.
• Excellent research and writing skills; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Handle local and national accounts across California.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
• Review and analyze discovery requests and responses.
• Prepare court filings and serve counsel; e-filing experience.
• Support trial preparation and maintain accurate time records.
