Amcor - New London, WI is hiring for a General Plant Spare Hand on a rotating 21-7 schedule. You will train across multiple production areas and support operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; training is provided. Overtime opportunities may be available, with premium pay for overtime and Sundays. Join a world-class facility and start building hands-on manufacturing skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train and work as a Rewind, Blown Film, Coating, or Press Assistant based on production needs.
• Support production operations while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Follow all plant safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Participate in OSHA and site-required safety training.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Schedule: Rotating 21-7 Schedule

• 7 days of 6:45am-2:45pm, 7 days of 2:45pm-10:45pm, 7 days of 10:45pm-6:45am, and 7 days off)

Amcor is seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our production team as a General Plant Spare Hand. This entry-level manufacturing role offers the opportunity to learn multiple production processes while supporting operations across the facility. No previous manufacturing experience is required. Training is provided.

What You'll Do
