The role requires accuracy and time efficiency, with strong attention to detail and good communication.

A high school diploma is required; prior manufacturing experience is preferred. Must live in surrounding communities; out-of-state applications will not be considered.

Essential Functions:

• Shipping and packaging support.
• Milling and turning support.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Follow detailed assembly/deburring instructions, processes and procedures.
• Adapt to wide variety of materials, components for deburring/assembly.
• Ensure segregation and identification of non-conforming products.
• Ability to interpret feature of size requirements on blueprints.
• Competence in completing all required paperwork and maintaining meticulous records for every lot to ensure traceability and support audits.
• Ability to work independently and accurately perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure delivery requirements.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Fine motor dexterity.
• Effective user of computer.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Education:

High school diploma required.

Background:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
