Position includes a $40,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits from day one, and opportunities for professional growth in pediatric care across multiple locations. Licensure, board certification, and AI-enabled scribe technology are supported.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree required.
• ACGME or AOA pediatrics residency required or equivalent.
• Current Florida medical license or ability to obtain.
• Current Florida DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Board eligible or board certification in pediatrics within five years.
• Meets all requirements for medical staff privileges.
• BLS certification is required.
• PALS as required for hospital appointment.

Responsibilities

• Proposed Schedule: 3 days 8am-5pm, 1 day 8am-7pm, 2 Saturdays 8am-12pm.
• Newborn rounding and shared weekend rounding at area hospitals.
• Maintain licensure, credentialing, and ongoing board certification.

Education, Licensure & Certification:

• M.D. or D.O. degree required
• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment
