Job summary

Pediatric Associates Jacksonville, Florida, invites a dedicated Pediatric Physician (MD/DO) to join our large private practice. The role offers a full‑time Mon–Fri schedule from 8am to 5pm, with the possibility of a 4‑ or 5‑day week and a sign‑on bonus.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• ACGME or AOA pediatric residency completed.
• Current Florida medical license or ability to obtain.
• Current Florida DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatrics within five years.
• BLS certification is required.
• PALS may be required for hospital appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric care to patients in Jacksonville practices.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with potential 4‑ or 5‑day weeks.
• Support with AI Scribe technology integration and patient flow.

Education, Licensure & Certification:

• M.D. or D.O. degree required
• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment
