We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible general otolaryngologist to join our dynamic, collaborative ENT team. This is a great opportunity for a surgeon who enjoys the full breadth of general ENT care. Candidates with an interest and skill in advanced otologic procedures (CI, middle ear, cholesteatoma) are especially encouraged to apply, but this interest is a plus, not a requirement.
Provide comprehensive general ENT services to a diverse patient population
Participate in call rotation shared equitably among ENT providers
Collaborate with audiologists, allergy nurse, and internal sub-specialist partners
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery
Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
Interest in maintaining a broad general ENT practice; self-motivated to grow their practice
Interest/willingness in otology (CI, middle ear, cholesteatoma) is a plus, not required
Physician who treats patients, their partners, and the staff with dignity and respect
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous clinical excellence
Guaranteed base salary during year one, supported by the hospital
