Markent Personnel represents a hospital-employed Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon in Rutland, Vermont. This Full-time role features 8am-5pm hours, Monday through Friday, and a split between two locations.

The position requires board certification or eligibility, a Vermont license, and completion of an Otolaryngology residency, with a strong focus on patient-centered surgical care and collaboration with APPs and audiologists.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time.
• Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs.
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.
