ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC invites applications for an Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon at our Rutland, Vermont locations. Join a hospital-employed ENT practice with two sites and a traditional 8am-5pm schedule, Monday through Friday.

Board-certified or eligible physicians are sought to provide comprehensive ENT care, including surgeries, with APP collaboration and defined call coverage. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, with competitive salary, signing bonus, relocation assistance, and

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time.
• Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs.
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.
