Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime, and basic MS Office proficiency. Strong teamwork and communication are essential for success in this role at our facility in Towanda, PA.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High school diploma / G.E.D or equivalent.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.
• Ability to rotate assignments.
• Ability to work overtime, including holidays, weekends, and short notice call in as required.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs. frequently, 25 lbs. regularly, 55 lbs. occasionally; climb stairs and ladders multiple times per day; stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, crawl, utilize visual acuity, reach overhead, hear and respond to alarms.
• Must have ability to learn new computer software systems and have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills and experience working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate site equipment and processes following SOPs to produce quality product on time and safely.
• Uphold safety principles and policies as a condition of employment.
• Participate in Emergency Response Team (ERT) activities.
• Acquire a powered equipment license if needed.
• Support continuous improvement activities and lean manufacturing initiatives.
