Manpower, Inc. is seeking a General Operator to support seasonal harvest and seed processing operations. The role involves manual sorting of corn, reworking ears on the reclaim conveyor, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Pay starts at $19/hour with 2nd shift +$3 and 3rd shift +$2. Shifts are 1st and 2nd with weekends and rotation. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and able to lift up to 60 pounds outdoors.

• Supporting seasonal harvest activities, including seed crop inspection and packaging.
• Maintaining safety and quality standards during daily tasks.

Job Title: General Operator

Pay Rate: 19/h

Shift Differential:

• 2nd Shift: +$3.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: +$2.00/hour

Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts, with rotational hours, including weekends

What's the Job?

• Manually sorting corn for rogue ears, stalks, husks, trash, and other debris
• Throwing discard materials into chutes and reworking corn ears on the reclaim conveyor
• Sweeping and cleaning the work area at the end of each shift
• Supporting seasonal harvest activities, including seed crop inspection and seed packaging
• Maintaining safety and quality standards while performing daily tasks
