Manpower, Inc. is seeking a General Operator to support seasonal harvest and seed processing operations. The role involves manual sorting of corn, reworking ears on the reclaim conveyor, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Pay starts at $19/hour with 2nd shift +$3 and 3rd shift +$2. Shifts are 1st and 2nd with weekends and rotation. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and able to lift up to 60 pounds outdoors.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to the work site and punctuality.
• Willingness to work long hours and rotational shifts, including overtime.
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 pounds outdoors.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manually sorting corn for rogue ears, stalks, husks, trash and debris.
• Throwing discard materials into chutes and reworking corn ears on the reclaim conveyor.
• Sweeping and cleaning the work area at shift end.
• Supporting seasonal harvest activities, including seed crop inspection and packaging.
• Maintaining safety and quality standards during daily tasks.
