Manpower, Inc. is seeking a General Operator to support Harvest, Packaging, and Warehouse operations in an agricultural production setting. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and adaptability within the team.

Pay ranges are $19.50/hr for Day Shifts and $21.50/hr for Night Shifts. Expect a harvest-focused schedule of roughly 42 hours weekly with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, use stairs, and work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work the Harvest schedule of ~42 hours per week, including long shifts and overtime.
• Ability to wear steel-toe, over-the-ankle work boots and complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with seed handling, processing, and production activities during Harvest season.
• Package, bag, label, tag, and palletize seed products.
• Move, stage, organize, and prepare materials and products throughout the facility.
• Assist with warehouse activities, inventory tracking, and loading/unloading as needed.
