Job summary

Alcivia in Wisconsin seeks a reliable Seasonal Grain Operator to support harvest-time grain handling. You will receive, grade, store, and load grain, operating conveyors, legs, and augers while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include sampling, quality control, monitoring storage, completing records, and performing basic maintenance. The role requires flexibility for extended hours, weekends, and overtime during peaks; prior grain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak harvest seasons.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

This position is responsible for receiving, grading, handling, storing, and loading grain while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and load grain from trucks and railcars.
• Operate grain handling equipment, including conveyors, legs, augers, and related machinery.
• Assist with grain sampling, grading, and quality control procedures.
• Monitor grain conditions and storage facilities.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
