Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain a guest-first culture.
• Lead daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and align with leadership.
• Coach and develop hourly team members and ensure accurate merchandising, signing and stock.
• Assist with fulfillment duties such as pick, pack and ship when applicable.
• Ensure product is in stock, accurately priced and accessible on the sales floor.
