Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader to drive guest experience and store operations. You will lead hourly team members, plan daily workloads, coach staff, and ensure merchandise is in stock and correctly displayed.

Qualifications

• Experience with guest service and store operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and uphold Target’s service standards.
• Lead daily/weekly workloads and prioritize tasks to meet store priorities.
• Coach and develop hourly team members and manage staffing needs.
• Ensure products are in stock, priced correctly, and displayed according to plan.
• Collaborate with other teams to maintain a safe and inviting store environment.
