Job summary

Walmart in O'Fallon, MO seeks a General Merchandise Associate to greet customers, assist with selections and recommend products. You’ll help keep Hobbies & Home Improvement displays tidy and may assist with paint mixing and fabric cutting during shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred, friendly and helpful attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Basic math, checkout operations, and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist with product questions.
• Recommend merchandise based on customer needs and store displays.
• Maintain and organize Hobbies & Home Improvement displays throughout the shift.
• Assist with paint mixing and fabric cutting as required.

Job description

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
