Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Blue Springs, MO is hiring for a General Merchandise Associate. You will greet customers on the sales floor, assist with questions, and recommend merchandise based on their needs.

Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for education through Live Better U. Pay is hourly, starting at $15 per hour and may exceed depending on premiums.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
