Job summary

The Cole Family of Harley-Davidson Dealerships is seeking a General Merchandise Manager for the Wytheville, VA location. The role leads the Harley-Davidson motorclothes and GM merchandise team, oversees displays, promotions, and inventory, and ensures optimal customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with retail sales and inventory management.
• Prefer knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson General Merchandise or quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure General Merchandise staff are trained and available.
• Design attractive merchandise displays using fixtures, wall displays, show cases, and windows.
• Coordinate seasonal promotions with other departments.
• Manage stock orders for fast-moving GM inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and generate reports.
• Supervise inventory control systems and ensure clean displays.
