Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader in Hermitage, PA. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage daily workloads, and ensure stock, pricing, and signing are accurate across the sales floor and backroom.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or guest services is preferred.
