Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Expert in Houston to deliver a friendly guest experience, help guests locate items, and maintain clean, well-stocked aisles.

You will greet guests, assist with merchandise, pricing, and signage, and support cash handling and digital fulfillment as needed. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required; training is provided to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: Greet guests and help them find what they need
• Assist with restocking shelves, setting up merchandise, pricing activities, and sign placement
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes
• Follow Target policies, safety procedures, and maintain a safe, compliant workplace
• Operate power equipment if certified and manage inventory accuracy and stock levels
• Handle cash register operations as needed and ensure smooth transactions
