Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft levels.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Assist peers and adapt to business priorities.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, merchandise setup and maintenance, pricing activities, and signage for GM areas.
• Follow safety procedures and policies; support back-up cashier and digital fulfillment.
