Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet guests and assist with finding items or resolving issues.
• Support guests at the point of sale and through digital fulfillment, including pickup orders when applicable.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and assist peers to maintain a positive workplace.
• Receive, restock, organize, and maintain merchandise on the floor and backroom to ensure availability.
• Follow store procedures for pricing, signage, inventory accuracy and safety guidelines.
