Target is hiring General Merchandise Experts to support guest experiences and store operations. You will greet guests, help them find items, resolve issues, and ensure a friendly shopping environment.

Competenze

Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
