Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet guests, assist finding products, resolve issues, and thank guests.
• Support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Follow procedures for receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, pricing, and signing for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified, and learn/execute operational procedures impacting inventory and store profitability.
