Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
• Receive products, restock shelves, merchandise set up and maintenance, pricing activities, and put up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Follow all Target policies and safety procedures and help maintain a safe, compliant workplace.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes and maintain compliance with relevant laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.
