• Greet guests; 10ft: be friendly, 4ft: greet and initiate a warm interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Execute daily tasks including receiving products, restocking, backroom organization, pricing, and signage.
• Operate power equipment if certified and follow safety procedures.
