Responsibilities

• Supervises the employees of the department, including assigning and evaluating work as well as interviewing, hiring, and training new employees.
• Assists customers in finding products and manages special order functions.
• Partners to create a Hassle Free customer service culture and supports promotional events.
• Conducts store walkthroughs daily to ensure stock levels and customer service standards.
• Manages in-store merchandise display and coordinates with Store and Planner.
