Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest‑first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency.
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

• Greet guests and be approachable at 10ft and 4ft.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
