Job summary

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests and assist them to find what they need or resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and support team efforts across areas as needed.
• Follow operating procedures for stock management, pricing, merchandising setup and backroom organization.
• Support guest services and digital fulfillment processes while maintaining safety and compliance.
