Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests and initiate warm, helpful interactions at various touchpoints (10ft, 4ft).
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Assist with receiving products, restocking shelves, merchandising, pricing, and sign setup.
