Amgen seeks a Director, Disease Area Strategy Lead to shape the General Medicine portfolio strategy across cardiovascular disease and bone health. You will integrate scientific, clinical, patient, competitive and commercial insights to define asset priorities and guide early development, with cross‑functional leadership across R&D, Medical, Commercial and BD.

Formación

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with marketing/commercial experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience shaping disease-area strategy and portfolio planning.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ongoing development and evolution of General Medicine TA strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Serve as Commercial lead for early pipeline projects, informing investment and development decisions.
• Develop target product profiles, forecast market opportunities and support portfolio prioritization.
