Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 4 years of related production experience in aerospace, aviation, automotive, military, or manufacturing.
• Related experience includes production/manufacturing experience, production planning, and manufacturing data analysis.
• 1 year of experience leading projects or teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. Government Secret Clearance or program access as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate and lead operations start up meetings.
• Daily resource planning to meet customer/schedule demand.
• Collaborate with production scheduling to meet schedule requirements.
• Ensure tools, plans, people and materials are available to complete workload.
• Report production KPIs to site leadership.
• Perform root-cause analysis for corrective actions on safety and quality incidents.
• Mentor, train, and develop staff including performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, delivery, quality and cost.
