Job summary

South Bay Lube, Inc. is seeking a General Manager who loves cars and leading people. You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and ensure top-quality customer service at our Florida locations.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail, hospitality, or automotive management, with hands-on automotive experience preferred and a commitment to a 48-hour work week. Valid license and fluent English required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail, hospitality, or automotive management experience.
• Hands-on automotive experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License & Age 18+.
• Fluent in English.
• Reliable attendance and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet.
• Minimum to work 48 hours per week.
• Completion of CBT and management training modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach team members.
• Oversee daily store operations.
• Assist with vehicle maintenance as needed.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Maintain facility standards and safety compliance.
• Handle inventory, cash control, and bank deposits.
