You will lead a food service team, hire and train staff, and manage budgets to meet client expectations while maintaining high service standards. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, mentoring others, and a focus on operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a culinary team.
• Hands-on, training-oriented management style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong knowledge of labor costs and food costs.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, lead, and develop the food service team.
• Conduct staffing, interviewing, training, and performance reviews.
• Manage the budget and ensure adherence to financial parameters.
• Maintain inventory levels for food and non-food items per guidelines.
• Interact with clients, executives, and hourly team members.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to clients and management.
