Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or equivalent plus 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Master's degree in related field is required.
• 5+ years in supply chain/logistics/warehouse or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set goals, assess skills, create IDPs, evaluate performance and provide feedback.
• Manage disciplinary actions and performance reviews.
• Lead and develop direct and indirect reports.
• Ensure staff training in Transportation/Distribution Management and KPI tracking.
• Drive customer satisfaction and operations efficiency across multiple accounts.
