Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead the Restaurant Management Team at our Deridder, LA location. The RGM will focus on taking care of our crew, delivering a great guest experience, achieving sales goals, and upholding operational metrics.

As a leader and role model, you will recruit and develop a strong team, ensure food safety and brand standards, and balance customer, employee, and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people development experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.
• Ability to balance operations, financials, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and brand standards.
• Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most of your shift.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Travel to training locations occasionally for onboarding and updates.
• Ensure food safety procedures are followed and quality is maintained.

• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers, and maintain a clean restaurant that you-re proud to work in.
• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
• Must be 21 years of age or older
