Wendy's Lake Charles seeks a capable Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant management team, drive sales, and uphold our brand standards. You will mentor staff, ensure outstanding guest service, and manage operations to achieve profitability.

As a leader, you will foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork, while leveraging flexible scheduling and career growth opportunities to build a strong, high-performing team at our Lake Charles location.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Ability to lead and develop a team to meet sales and service goals.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
• Must be 21 years of age or older
