Job summary

Wendy's in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead the Restaurant Management Team, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve sales and operational metrics.

You will build and coach a capable team, maintain brand standards, ensure food safety, schedule effectively, and pursue growth opportunities within the restaurant. Must be 21+, SERV Safe certified by end of training, with reliable transportation for training and store visits.

• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
