Job summary

Wendy's in Livingston, Louisiana is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant team, drive guest satisfaction, and meet sales and operational targets. You will coach the management staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure safety and quality across daily operations.

The role offers a stable environment, flexible scheduling, and advancement opportunities as you develop the right skills and foster a strong team culture. Prior leadership in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred.

• Stand, move, and operate equipment as part of shifts.
• Ensure food safety and SERV Safe certification by training end.

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill.
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers, and maintain a clean restaurant that you-re proud to work in.
• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
• Must be 21 years of age or older
