Wendy's in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the management team, foster a fun, family environment, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while meeting sales and operational goals.

You will coach and develop a team, uphold brand standards, oversee safety training (SERV Safe), and manage schedules and resources to maintain quality and profitability.

• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
