Job summary

Wendy's in Franklinton, LA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the Restaurant Management Team, guide daily operations, and deliver a superior guest experience.

You will recruit and train staff, manage resources, uphold brand standards, and work toward sales and KPI targets while promoting a safe, fun, and customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• SERV Safe certification by end of training
• Ability to travel to home store and other locations occasionally

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
